Creative Employer Branding

As part of a recruitment campaign for Final, we set out to rethink how hiring is done not just through open positions, but through real human connections. The idea was simple: encourage employees to bring their friends, and reward them with a gift… and a place of honor on the wall.

To keep the campaign authentic, personal, and grounded, we invited all employees who had already referred a friend. Each duo — the employee and the new recruit — was photographed together.

The campaign was captured by Ido Izsak, one of Israel’s most recognized photographers, known for his distinct approach: shooting exclusively with a smartphone, in natural light, without setups, crews, or makeup.

I chose him precisely for that reason — I wanted to break away from the polished aesthetic of typical corporate campaigns and instead reflect people as they are: early morning, in their own clothes, in their natural office environment.

All photos were converted to black and white, with touches of Final’s signature light blue added in select graphical elements — ensuring a consistent, clean visual language aligned with the brand book.

The portraits were printed on plexiglass and displayed throughout the office, becoming a living part of the workspace. More than decoration, they created a subtle but powerful message: your contribution matters — even just by bringing a friend.

Note on visuals: The images shown here are concept board simulations and do not feature actual Final employees — used solely for demonstration, in full respect of participant privacy.
