Details
- Monthly design and art direction.
- Cover design.
- approximately 52–84 total pages, including advertiser-supplied pages.
- Integration of advertiser-supplied pages.
- Layout and integration of data-driven price tables.
- Typographic and image composition.

Client Provided Materials
- Finalized, proofread text copy.
- High-resolution Product images.
- Raw data in an organized format (e.g., Excel/CSV).
- Existing brand assets (fonts, logos, Adobe InDesign templates).
- Ready-to-use advertisement files from third parties.
- All materials provided by the client, as well as proofreading of texts in any language and at any stage, are the sole responsibility of the client.

- Final print-ready PDF files optimized for professional offset printing, alongside a compressed PDF for review and approval.
- Web-optimized PDF for digital distribution.
Project details
What’s included
- Up to 2 revision rounds
- Up to two 45-minute Zoom meetings
- Rate assumes one issue per month at the page volume outlined above
Timeline
Initial design layouts will be delivered within approximately 14–21 business days following confirmation of the first payment and receipt of all required materials.
Delivery
Final files, open design files, production-ready files, and editable source files will be released once payment has been completed and the final designs have been approved.
Project terms
- Payment is due regardless of whether the client chooses to use the final deliverables, and regardless of delays caused by the client or by any third party.
- Retainer is billed monthly in advance; work begins upon receipt of the first payment.
- If client feedback is delayed by more than 1 week, or if the number of requested sketches and / or revisions exceeds the agreed scope, the studio reserves the right to pause or stop the work.
- Initial Zoom consultation is included as part of the proposal process. If the project does not proceed, the consultation will be billed at ₪750 + VAT.
The engagement will be reviewed monthly to ensure that it continues to meet both parties’ expectations. Either party may discontinue the engagement by providing notice before work begins on the following issue and before its materials are received.
Extras
- Changes beyond the agreed scope will be billed at ₪750 per hour.
- Items and additions not included in the agreed price will be quoted separately.
Not included
- Printing, copywriting, extra formats, external suppliers, font licenses, image-bank subscriptions, programming, shipping, or production costs.
- The studio does not provide font / music licenses or image-bank subscriptions. These will be priced separately according to the project requirements.
- Any required payments to external suppliers will be paid directly by the client to the supplier, according to the supplier’s terms. Milush does not charge commissions on external suppliers.
Intellectual property
- Milush retains the right to present the completed work, including selected pages and mockups, in its portfolio, website, social media channels, professional publications, and promotional materials.
- All materials provided by the client, as well as proofreading of texts in any language and at any stage, are the sole responsibility of the client.
